What is a CSD?

A Community Services District (CSD) is a form of local government in California, created by residents of an unincorporated area to provide services like road maintenance and fire protection, that cities and counties might not be able to provide or provide at the desired level. We are dedicated to serving our community and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
